Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada. She is American. Her catalog includes more than twenty albums. DiFranco's songs are classified as alternative and folk. But, they are influenced by hip-hop music, jazz and punk. Ani Difranco has been widely acknowledged as a pioneer of feminist music. In the year 1990 she was one of the first people to launch her own label independently.
