Angela Gossow Urach
Angela Gossow, born in Cologne to Christian parents, had three sisters and brothers. The couple divorced after she turned 17. Their company's bankruptcy brought on more financial difficulties. Financial problems were made worse due to her eating disorder and anorexia. Gossow was very straightforward about her decision to leave ARCH Enemy as their singer. She said, "There's a place and timing for every thing." I started out in 1991. The joy of living out on the roads was diminishing. So, to not appear as if I stepped down. At first, the frontwoman of this band was Johan Liiva. She was then replaced in 2000 with German vocalist Angela Gossow.
